The school is held at the Brandolini Colomban Castle in Cison di Valmarino, 40 kilometers north of Treviso, in Veneto, in the north-east of Italy. The castle is now a hotel with meeting, sporting, recreational and well-being facilities.
Standard lodging expenses per person are 115 euro per day, including accommodation in the castle and all meals (breakfast, coffee-breaks, lunch, dinner). Accommodation is in double rooms; however, a small number of single rooms are available at an extra charge, on a first-come first-served basis. The castle offers accommodation both inside the castle grounds and within walking distance (at a slightly lower daily rate). Choices can be made only on a first-come first-served basis. Check-in is Sunday afternoon or evening (Saturday afternoon or evening for those attending the Stata course) and check-out is Saturday morning of the following week (Sunday morning for those students attending only the first week course and the second Stata course). If different arrangements are required, they should be made with the hotel administrator in advance. More information can be found in the course application form and in the hotel accommodation form in the application section of the website.

Participants are responsible for obtaining a visa to Italy, if necessary. The School urges applicants to contact the course administration as early as possible, if they require an invitation letter.
A cancellation postmarked or faxed before 1 June 2008 will entitle the applicant to a full refund of the tuition.
A cancellation postmarked or faxed after this time, but still before the start of the course,
will entitle the applicant to receive a 70% refund of the tuition. In both cases the deposit fee will not be refundable.
No-shows forfeit the full tuition. Cancellation must be made in writing. In the unlikely event that a course(s) needs to be canceled,
the School will make this decision as early as possible and will notify the students of same.
In no event will the School be responsible for costs incurred by canceled travel reservations.
